About 350 Massachusetts for a Better Future and Better Future Project
350 Mass for a Better Future (350 Mass) is a statewide, volunteer-led climate action network with 13 (and growing) chapters all over the state and hundreds of highly engaged volunteers. Although closely aligned with the mission and vision of the global nonprofit, 350 Mass is independent of 350 Mass was created by and receives organizing, communications, and operational support from Better Future Project (BFP).

BFP is a fast-paced start-up organization, building a grassroots movement to shift society beyond coal, oil, and gas in Massachusetts. We build the climate movement by empowering volunteers through leadership development programs and coaching, connecting volunteers across networks of constituencies, and activating volunteers on hard-hitting campaigns for climate action. Our programs include 350 Mass and our Climate Organizing Fellowship and Climate Organizing Summer Program for college students. We are also proud to work as part of an intersectional movement for economic, racial, social, and climate justice. We are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit. Please see to learn more.

Better Future Project is an equal opportunity employer. We are an organization working to actively challenge systems of oppression. Women, people of color, indigenous people, people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, military veterans, and members of other historically disenfranchised groups are encouraged to apply.
