The Better Future Project (BFP) is launching the Better Future Project Fellowship with two positions starting this Fall (2026).
One role will focus on growing resilience to extreme weather with CREW, and the other will focus on growing youth and campus organizing with 350 Mass. Together, these positions will expand the reach, connectedness, and wisdom of the Massachusetts climate justice movement, and make our communities more powerful and more resilient.
Fellows will receive training and education on: organizing for power, campaign strategy, meeting facilitation, and extreme weather preparedness. Fellows will work at the intersection of campaign organizing and mutual aid organizing, resistance and resilience. Fellows will lead a keystone project to lead that contributes to the mission and goals of 350 Mass, Make Polluters Pay, and / or CREW.
